胃病忌甜食 Avoid sweets for stomach problems

胃病忌甜食,有一句话说“胃虚者,食甘能助脾伤胃”。有胃病的人除了忌甜食之外也要忌两餐之间的的零食,这能让胃有休息修复的空挡。

众所周知,水入胃,胃下口的幽门括约肌 5~10分钟就打开让水下移小肠;淀粉和纤维类如米饭面食蔬菜等就须要1~2小时让胃揉捻磨碎腐熟之后才逐步让下移小肠;蛋白质类如肉类须要3-4小时,脂肪类须要4-5小时。有食物入胃时,我们的气血就会聚集在胃部帮助消化。睡眠时,除了有部分血藏入肝之外,气血循环也是缓慢的。所以胃中有食物没排空就入睡会让我们的气血陷入两难的状态。两难的后果就是胃工作时间延长了-伤胃,睡眠素质也不好。

那最佳饮食睡眠间隔时间就是两个小时如果你之前的晚餐是淀粉和纤维类,其他以此类推。


 

Avoid sweets for stomach problems . There is a saying that "for those with a stomach deficiency, eating sweets can help the spleen to hurt the stomach". In addition to sweets, people with stomach problems should also avoid snacks between meals, which will allow the stomach to rest and repair.

As we all know, when water enters the stomach, the pyloric sphincter in the lower stomach opens in 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the water to move to the small intestine; starch and fibers such as rice, pasta, vegetables, etc., need 1 to 2 hours for the stomach to be rubbed, ground and decomposed before gradually letting the water down. Move the small intestine; proteins such as meat need 3-4 hours, and fats need 4-5 hours. When food enters the stomach, our Qi and blood will gather in the stomach to help digestion. During sleep, in addition to some blood being stored in the liver, the circulation of Qi and blood is also slow. Therefore, falling asleep without emptying food in the stomach will put our Qi and blood into a dilemma. The consequence of the dilemma is that the stomach works longer - it hurts the stomach, and the quality of sleep is not good.

The best time between eating and sleeping is two hours if your previous dinner was starch and fiber, and so on.
